This 3D H beam drilling and cutting machine tool is mainly constituted by the main machine body, CNC feeding system, material conveyor, electrical system, hydraulic system, cooling system, lubrication system, waste bin, and other associated components. Employing a fixed bed structure and a movable workpiece setup, the machine tool is highly suitable for the processing of large-scale H-beams. It enables continuous production operations and is characterized by a high degree of automation.

2. The drilling machine body is composed of the bed, CNC sliding table assemblies, supporting devices, upper pressing devices, side pressing devices, and detection devices. The components of the CNC sliding table include the fixed side, the movable side, and the upper-unit CNC sliding table. Specifically engineered for H-beam drilling operations, the sliding table assemblies consist of a sliding plate, a sliding table base, a spindle headstock, a high-speed mechanical spindle, a tool cylinder, a variable-frequency motor, a servo motor, linear guides, and lead screws.

3. The CNC feeding system is made up of brackets, gears, racks, servo motors, reducers, and manipulators. The servo motor drives the manipulator to realize the X-direction movement of the H-beam, thereby enabling the feeding of the H-beam and the precise positioning of the workpiece.
4. The material conveyor is divided into an in-feeding conveyor and an out-feeding conveyor. The in-feeding conveyor consists of conveyor brackets, support rollers, and side-pushing devices, which are specially designed to transport profiled steel blanks, achieve Y-direction positioning of the blanks, and cooperate with the CNC feeding device to complete the material feeding process. The out-feeding conveyor is composed of material channel brackets and support rollers, and it is specifically used for transporting finished workpieces.

5. The cooling system adopts internal and external cooling methods, leveraging oil mist to cool the borehole. Its advantages include a reduced coolant volume, which supports cost-effectiveness, environmental sustainability, and minimized drill bit wear.
6. The hydraulic system is responsible for supplying power to the upper pressing device, side pressing device, tool cylinder, and other relevant components.
7. The pneumatic system is engineered to provide power for the manipulator, testing cylinder, and equivalent equipment.

8. The lubrication system utilizes a combination of centralized lubrication and manual lubrication. Centralized lubrication is primarily applied for the timed and quantitative lubrication of the main linear guides and lead screws.
9. The control system of the machine tool consists of a host computer, PLC, and other associated components. Programming Method: Processing programs are created by inputting CAD drawings or processing parameters through a USB interface or keyboard.
