The CNC angle drilling machine production line is characterized by a high degree of automation, equipped with an automatic loading system—consisting of a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading rack—an automatic unloading mechanism, and an automatic feeding unit. All angle steel drilling operations and steel stamping marking procedures can be completed in a single pass through the production line, with no manual involvement needed during the processing stage. This setup substantially lowers the labor intensity for operators.

The typing unit of the angle steel punching marking machine line adopts a closed-frame structure, delivering high structural rigidity and stable operational performance. The marking unit is equipped with a bed support fixed to the machine base, a movable bed, and a hydraulically driven press-head character box. In compliance with commands issued by the computer system, marking operations are performed at the positions specified in the engineering drawings. To extend the machine’s processing range, a manual adjustment mechanism has been additionally incorporated. Through the use of this mechanism, the downward position of the movable body—i.e., the position of the character head—can be adjusted, allowing adaptation to the marking positions of angle steel products with different specifications.

The hole-drilling process of the CNC metal tower punching equipment attains high positional precision. The feeding mechanism of this production line is powered by a servo motor, with transmission implemented via a rack-and-pinion system. It is further equipped with a rack-and-pinion detection module and a position-sensing encoder for positional accuracy feedback, which collectively constitute a full closed-loop control system. Simultaneously, the movement of the drilling power head along the two flange directions of the angle steel is driven by a servo motor and transmitted through a ball screw. This setup guarantees the high positional precision of holes processed on angle steel workpieces.

The host computer is equipped with a Chinese-language interface, which ensures user-friendliness for general operators. It has the capability to display workpiece graphics and the coordinate dimensions of hole positions, thereby facilitating inspection processes. Furthermore, it supports the reception of workpiece processing programs generated by specialized programming software. The implementation of host computer-based management substantially optimizes the storage and retrieval of processing programs.
